Project fees
Every project we deliver has a fixed price agreed before work begins. If the scope changes mid-project, we pause, discuss the new requirements with you, and issue a revised quote. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not approve.
The table below shows typical price ranges. Your actual quote depends on the complexity of the data, the number of integrations, and how much data preparation is needed. We have included rough timelines so you can plan around them.

All prices exclude VAT. Payment is split: 30% on signing, 40% at prototype delivery, 30% on final handover.
Our pricing promise
If the readiness assessment concludes that AI is not a good fit for your business right now, we will tell you so and refund the assessment fee in full. We would rather lose £1,800 than sell you a project that will not deliver value. This refund offer has been in place since 2022 and we have honoured it four times.
Monthly support plans
After deployment, your models need monitoring and occasional retraining. These plans cover that ongoing work so your AI keeps performing as your business changes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice.

What is always included
Regardless of the project size or support tier, every engagement with Savvy AI Advice includes the following at no extra charge:
- ✓ A 90-day post-deployment support window covering bug fixes and minor adjustments
- ✓ Full technical documentation (API reference, data dictionary, deployment guide)
- ✓ A one-hour training session for the team members who will use the tool daily
- ✓ Source code ownership: you own the code we write for you, full stop
What costs extra
We believe in being upfront about what is not in the standard price. These items are available as add-ons if you need them:
- + Cloud hosting fees (AWS, Azure or GCP). We set up the infrastructure; you pay the cloud provider directly. Typical monthly cost for a single model: £40 to £120.
- + Third-party API costs, such as OpenAI or Google Cloud Vision, billed at cost with no markup.
- + Data labelling by external annotators, if your dataset needs manual tagging before training. We quote this separately and you approve it before we proceed.
