Artificial Intelligence that actually fits your business

We help small and mid-sized companies across the UK adopt machine learning, automate repetitive work and use their data to make better decisions. No jargon, no hype: just practical AI that pays for itself.

What we do for you

Most AI projects fail because they start with the technology rather than the problem. We flip that. Our consultants sit with your operations, sales or logistics team, identify the two or three tasks where automation will save the most time, then build a solution around those tasks. The typical engagement runs eight to twelve weeks from first workshop to a working prototype.

AI readiness assessment

A two-day audit of your data, systems and team skills. You get a written report grading each area and a prioritised list of quick wins. Most clients discover they can automate invoice processing or customer triage within weeks.

Custom model development

We train prediction and classification models on your own data, whether that is sales forecasts, defect detection on a production line, or churn risk scoring for a subscription service. Models are delivered as API endpoints your developers can call directly.

Process automation

Repetitive data entry, email sorting, document extraction: we connect AI models to your existing tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, Sage) so the work happens without anyone clicking through spreadsheets.

What our clients say

We asked three recent clients to describe their experience working with us. Their words, not ours.

"We had a mountain of supplier invoices arriving in different formats every month. Savvy AI Advice built a document-reading model that extracts line items and posts them into Sage automatically. Our accounts team now spends Monday mornings reviewing exceptions instead of typing numbers."
Helen Draper, Finance director, Bridgend Packaging Ltd
"I was sceptical about AI for a 20-person recruitment agency. Their readiness assessment showed us that our candidate-matching process, which took consultants about four hours a day, could be reduced to forty minutes with a ranking model. It was live within ten weeks."
Marcus Ifeanyi, Managing partner, TalentLoop
"The team explained everything in plain English. No buzzwords, no slides full of diagrams we didn't need. They trained our warehouse staff to use the demand forecasting dashboard themselves, so we don't depend on external support to keep it running."
Sian Collier, Operations manager, Valleys Fresh Produce

Why companies choose us

We are based in Wales, we work across the UK, and we focus exclusively on AI consulting for businesses that have between ten and five hundred employees. That focus matters because the challenges at this scale are different from those at a multinational. Budgets are tighter. Data is messier. The team that will maintain the system is small.

Our consultants have backgrounds in applied statistics, software engineering and operations management. Three of us previously worked inside mid-sized companies, so we understand what it feels like to be handed a tool that nobody knows how to use. We design every solution with handover in mind: documentation, training sessions and a 90-day support window are included in every project.

We charge fixed prices for defined scopes. If the scope changes, we renegotiate before any extra work starts. You will never receive an unexpected invoice from us.
