How quickly can you start a new project?
We usually have capacity to begin a readiness assessment within two weeks of signing the engagement letter. Larger custom model projects may have a four-to-six-week lead time depending on our current workload. We will give you an honest date during the first call.
Do we need to share sensitive data with you?
Not necessarily. For the readiness assessment we only need to see the structure of your data, not the content. When we do train models, we sign a data processing agreement and can work on anonymised or pseudonymised datasets. If your data must stay on-premises, we can work on your servers remotely.
What industries do you work with?
Most of our completed projects are in retail, manufacturing, professional services and recruitment. That said, the techniques we use apply broadly. If your business generates structured data and has repetitive processes, there is a good chance we can help. The initial call is free, so there is no risk in asking.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with managed IT providers and in-house developers. We document our APIs and deployment requirements clearly so your technical team can maintain the system after handover.
Is the initial consultation free?
The first phone or video call (up to 30 minutes) is free. We use it to understand your situation and tell you honestly whether AI is likely to help. If it is not, we will say so rather than sell you something you do not need.

Our office is at 858 Parker Ridge, East Reichert-Leuschke, Wales, GK1 7JK, United Kingdom. If you are driving from Cardiff, take the M4 westbound and follow signs for East Reichert-Leuschke. There is free parking on Parker Ridge itself, and a pay-and-display car park at the bottom of the hill with a five-minute walk up.
The nearest train station is Reichert-Leuschke Central, about a 15-minute walk from our office. We are happy to collect you from the station if you let us know your arrival time in advance.
For remote meetings we use Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, whichever you prefer. Most of our clients never visit the office at all. The work happens over video calls, shared documents and screen-sharing sessions, so geography is rarely a barrier.
